This packaging solution builds a multi-tiered protection system tailored to the product’s characteristics. It includes cardboard, EPP liners, and pulp trays, incorporates 10 major components, covering elements such as the top cover, inner box, and ribbon handle. The advantages are significant:Excellent protection with effective shock absorption. Enhanced unboxing experience and modular design for easy assembly and disassembly. EPP design follows standards such as liner thickness ≥5mm and spacing ≥10mm. Production requires strict control of foaming technology to ensure even material distribution and optimized surface treatment, enhancing overall protection and experience throughout transportation and storage.
This upgraded gift packaging proposal for Dream Of The Blue (Master Edition) set closely aligns with the product’s core qualities—referred to as “Three Antiquities, Two Abundances, One Rarity” (Ming and Qing Dynasty ancient cellars, purely manual craftsmanship, and storage in underground cellars for over 30 years, among others). Based on the original Dream 9 box structure, the design has been refined into a rounded-edge four-corner “waist-revealing” box. It combines black ebony-grained paper with blue sand-textured PU leather, complemented by silkscreen UV anti-counterfeiting patterns, hot stamping, and other craftsmanship techniques. The structure—circular on the outside, square within—reflects the artisan philosophy of “Heaven and Earth Brew Together, Craftsman and Art Unite.” Through the use of biodegradable medium-density fiberboard and other sustainable materials, the design conveys both rarity and prestige along with environmental responsibility, achieving a seamless blend of cultural depth and modern craftsmanship.
This all-pulp-molding packaging solution for monitors uses corrugated paperboard and pulp molding as core materials, achieving both high protection and cost efficiency. The inner structure features full pulp-molding top and bottom trays. The bottom tray is reinforced with composite pulp molding at the four corners and surfaces to securely hold the monitor. The top tray adopts an open-slot design that accurately stores cables, bases, and other accessories after inner placement, preventing loose items and reducing manual assembly costs. The outer box uses an A1-style design to minimize material usage. The solution has passed a 760mm drop test covering 6 corners, 3 edges, and 6 surfaces, demonstrating full protection and safety. Using green and sustainable materials, it supports eco-friendly packaging practices while meeting client needs—providing a reliable, economical, and environmentally conscious packaging solution for monitor transportation.
To meet the client’s requirements for spherical housing protection, we developed an innovative die-cut protective film solution, which has been granted a patent. New materials were specially engineered to match the housing’s texture, effectively resolving common issues such as adhesive residue and edge lifting. The design balances aesthetics and functionality, allowing for rapid removal within 5 seconds. Additionally, the solution meets stringent environmental and durability testing standards at the end-user level, providing an efficient and reliable protective option for spherical housing. It helps ensure end-to-end quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
This full paper-card packaging solution is designed for large curved-screen monitors. The outer box features a pizza-style design for easy handling, while the bottom tray utilizes the flexibility of paperboard to form a curved cushion that snugly fits and protects the curved screen. The top paper-card tray holds accessories. Made from corrugated paperboard measuring 952×485×226mm, the packaging has passed a 760mm drop test on 6 corners, 3 edges, and 6 surfaces, achieving full protection, safety, and an all-paper recyclable structure tailored to the product’s form and shipping needs.
This solution creates an efficient dual-pack protective system for monitors and accessories. Using upper, middle, and lower paper trays as the core structure, it stores two products in layers. Paper-card slopes and middle padding provide cushioning by closely conforming to the products. The innovative two-unit interlocking layout shares a central paper-card buffer component, ensuring protection while reducing shipping volume and overall costs. From stands and bases to the monitors themselves, all components are stored precisely, balancing protection and space efficiency to deliver a high-quality packaging solution for dual monitors.
